Kraft Paper Sleeve

Kraft paper sleeve (also called kraft paper tube sleeve) refers to a cylindrical, open-ended, hollow paper component made by winding two or more layers (multiwall) of kraft paper together with adhesive. It is a hollow tube without caps - open at both ends - used for protection, packaging, winding, or structural support.

Kraft paper sleeve is normally 2~6 layers of kraft paper structure, each layer is tightly bonded for strength, and the thickness increases with more layers. The shape is normally a straight cylinder, open at both ends (sleeve style, not closed tube) and with smooth inner and outer surfaces.

Kraft paper sleeve is 100% paper‑based, biodegradable, and compostable. It is fully recyclable and supports green packaging goals. No plastic coating or harmful chemicals (can be food‑safe if required), and meets many international environmental packaging standards

Kraft paper sleeve has stable inner/outer diameter and wall thickness, it can be customized in diameter (small to large), length (short to very long), and thickness (by adjusting layers). It can also be printed, labeled, and coated.

Kraft paper sleeve has high compressive strength (crush-resistant), good rigidity and shape stability, Lightweight but strong, and can be waterproof, oil-resistant, or printed outside.
