Why are ordinary laminated kraft bags hard to recycle
- Kraft paper is a paper fiber (recyclable); the lamination layer is PE/PP plastic film (recyclable).
- The problem: They are heat-laminated tightly together and cannot be simply separated by hand. Standard paper mills can't process mixed paper-plastic composites → most end up in landfill or incineration, not regular paper recycling.
