Raw material selection. The main raw materials for napkins are pulp and paper pulp, usually using natural wood pulp as the raw material. In addition, certain fillers and additives need to be added.
Pulping. Injecting raw materials into the pulping tank and undergoing a series of chemical and mechanical processing to produce paper.
Remove moisture. Remove excess moisture from the produced paper through a compressor or water suction machine.
Splitting. Cut the paper according to the size requirements of the napkin.
Folding and embossing molding. Fold and emboss the cut paper into shape.
Quality inspection. To ensure the quality of napkins, multiple quality tests are required during the production process, including paper strength, water absorption performance, tensile strength, etc.
Packaging leaves the factory. The finished napkins that go through the above steps need to be packaged, usually including plastic bags, paper box packaging, etc.
In addition, napkins can also be made into products with different shapes and uses through different processing techniques, such as embossing and folding paper into specific shapes through specific equipment, such as handkerchiefs, money clips, etc.
